One. Talk to people you don’t know.

Research shows acknowledging strangers – even just nodding or smiling at them – can make us feel safer and gives us a sense of wellbeing.

Two. Try thinking about stressful situations in a different way.

Experts say changing your perspective on these situations can be calming.

Three. Prioritise the things that are important to you.

You could write three things you want to have achieved in your lifetime and apply them to everyday life.

Four. Make fewer decisions.

What to watch, what to eat, what to wear – too much choice can be overwhelming!

So, only choose when it matters.
所以,隻在重要時作出選擇。
And, last but not least, put your phone down.

It’s a hard habit to break, but it could help us be more present.
