這樣的話，會有點沉重。
「How needy do I want to seem?」直譯為「我看起來有多缺？」，但更自然的翻譯應該是「別人會認為我很缺！（我不希望別人這麼想！）」。
too sweet
（甜的，黏人）
「sweet」本指「溫柔」，但加上「too」就有「過於溫柔、太甜美、女性化」的意思。
Phoebe：I’m dumping him today. 我今天要甩了他。 Monica：What?! You said he was sweet！ 什麼？！妳說過他是一個好人！ Phoebe: He is sweet. He’s too sweet. He calls me all the time. 「So did you get home from work okay?」「Did you get out of the shower okay?」
他很可愛，但太像女生了。他總是打電話給我：「那你下班回家了嗎？」「你洗完澡還好嗎？」 Monica: Just don’t pick up your phone. 那就別接電話。 Phoebe:Then he comes over! 「I’m so worried about you.」 Uck! Be a man!
然後他就來我家了！ 「我真的很擔心你。」噁！做個男人好嗎！
→如果是對較依賴、較女性化的男性，
「Be a man!」
做個男人！ →要有男子氣概！
這也是一句常用的短語。
clingy/whiny
黏人/愛發牢騷
心累也可以用「煩人」或「猶豫不決、嗚咽」等表達代替。這個用法曾出現在浪漫喜劇電影「絕配冤家」。
Michelle：After all this, he still didn’t leave you? 發生這些事，他還沒逃走嗎？ Andy：I tell you, this calls for drastic measures. Come on, guys, concentrate.
我們確實需要採取嚴厲措施。來吧！大家集中精力思考。 Michelle：Are you being clingy? 你很黏人嗎？ Andy：Clingy, needy, whiny.
黏人、需要關注、愛發牢騷。 Janine：Baby-talk? 用兒語？ Andy：Occasionally. 偶爾。
例）I didn’t feel good about the atmosphere.
這種氣氛讓我感到沮喪。
feel tense
意指「覺得緊張」或「擔心」。
它通常意指「讓人困擾的事情」或「讓人心煩意亂的事情」。
這個表達也出現在美劇《六人行》中，要記起來喔！
Ross : If you want, I can lend you money. 如果你需要，我可以借錢給你。 Monica : If I couldn’t pay you back right away, I’d feel guilty and tense around you. 如果我不能馬上還錢，在你身邊我會覺得內疚和緊張。
