to live true to yourself
接下來要介紹的是「展現你原本的樣子」「現在這樣子就很好」的說法。
第一種說法「to live true to yourself」，意思為「活著」的「live」和「做自己」的「true to yourself」一起用，變成了「用像自己的方式生活」。
I just want you to live true to yourself, dude.
我只是想要你活出真實的自己，老兄。
Don’t try to pretend to be someone else. All you need to do is to live true to yourself.
不要試圖假裝成別人，你所需要的是活出真實的自己。
to live true to oneself
剛剛提到「to live true to yourself」是「活出你自己真實的樣子」，
把「yourself」改掉如下列也可以變化成其他用法。

最後一個要介紹的是「live life your own way」。
「your own way」為表示「用自己獨有的方法」的英文片語。「live life your own way」則表示「用自己獨有的方法去活」＝也可翻譯為「活出自己的人生」。
與「to live true to oneself」有著相似的意思。
在外國影集或電影中，當給予某人鼓勵或給迷失目標的人建議時，經常會聽到這種表達方式。
